Join this 2 day workshop led by Jolie Manza, and assisted by Montana’s very own Robin and Tyler Gardner that is focused on how to make you fit enough to start to fly in your yoga practice.
Held at the beautiful Dancing Sprit Ranch in Whitefish Montana this workshop will not only give you insight to furthering your yoga practice but also give you an excellent work out!! Break down the barriers of what you think your yoga practice has to look like and come learn, sweat and play amongst like minded folks just in time for the 4th of July celebrations.
Arrive at 9am to meet fellow participants, enjoy tea, healthy snacks, and the incredible views.
The workshop will begin at 9:30am with pranayama/meditation practice that will introduce you to the energetic locks in our bodies, called Bandhas and how to access them to help us feel light and free in the practice.
After a small break we will begin a master class that will have 2 parts:
Part 1 – HIIT: High intensity interval training, a 20 min. power work out that will get your heart pumping, blood moving and energy up.
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Part 2 – Flow and Fly! We will then move through a fun ladder flow that will build and grow and allow you to find freedom and fun on the mat! We will visit fun transitions as well as workshop arm balances and inversions in a safe and comprehensive environment!

The day begins at 9am again for tea and snacks
Workshop will begin at 9:30 with a yoga practice designed to center, focus and warm the body!
Then we will dive into workshopping inversions and arm balances using different techniques and exercises to help enhance your practice!
